The business is proven in its home market. The new market is a different problem: unfamiliar regulation, unfamiliar counterparties, unfamiliar cost of being wrong.

Establishes whether the market is worth entering, and if it is, the route in — regulatory pathway, local structure, partner assessment, landed cost, and the sequence of first moves.

A route in with its real cost attached, or a documented case for not entering. Both are complete answers.

On the decision to enter or withdraw, taken on evidence.

Revenue, margin, or control is deteriorating. The symptoms are visible. The cause is disputed internally, or assumed without proof.

Diagnoses before it prescribes. Examines the accounts, the operation, and the market position until the cause is named — then sets the correction sequence and the order it must run in.

A named cause, evidenced, and a correction sequence with the cost and consequence of each step stated.

On the correction holding through a full reporting cycle.

The offering is sound. The market's account of it is wrong, thin, or borrowed from a competitor.

Fixes the position and the language that carries it: what the business is for, who it is for, what it refuses, and how that is said in Arabic and English without the two drifting apart.
